what do you think makes a girl look hotter and more mature.... some tall italian leather boots or some black flats?

No doubt - tall dressy leather boots are definitely hot. Most of mine have about 3' slim(not pencil thin) heels. It seems quite a few guys appreciate a girl in sexy boots too. At least based on the number of guys watching me! :)

but remember there is a big difference between mature and tacky,so be wise in your selection.
