Boots or hesls?

one of my favorite outfit is a black leather short skirt, black tights/pantyhose. my tops alter. does this outfit look better/ more attractive in black leather boots or heels?

With a miniskirt, and actual pumps/heels, it'd look like too much I think, considering you have black pantyhose on. Go with boots.





Try switching up the pantyhose with herringbone, or striped, or fishnets (even nude fishnets look so cute and really show off your legs)...
