I bought a new pair of combat boots for work, and they are way too stiff to be comfotable. Is there anything i can do to soften them up?
What is a good way to break in brand new combat boots? leather is too stiff.?
Well some of my buddies have come up with some crazy ideas for breaking in a pair of boots, but I%26#039;ve found that just wearing them works best. I know it sucks when they are new, but if you break them in by wearing them, they form perfectly to your feet, and before you know it you won%26#039;t want to wear any other shoes.
Reply:Run in them...very diffucult but it will break them in...
Reply:Couple of hints from eHow.com on that problem. You might want to check a good shoe store, as well, and see if they have a leather conditioner meant for shoes that would help condition and soften the leather without harming it any. Good luck!
Reply:soak your boots in hot water then wear them until they cool down
they will shape to your feet
good luck with those sensitive feet
Reply:go into combat man...get commando on them booties...
Reply:%26quot;Jes keep wearin%26#039; em, soon they will be like a second skin.%26quot;
Reply:pour some water in bathtub, put the boots on and walk in the water for a few minutes it will do the job, then just let them dry.
Reply:cold water and cotton ball shoe shine. The water opens the pores and softens the boots. Plus you get a awesome shine...like mirrors.
Use Kiwi black polish..the best IMO plus it smells good too
Reply:That is when they fell the best on your feet enjoy it
Reply:wear them as much as u can and flex them
