There is a diamond shape and a grill shape what do they represent?
Does anyone know what the symbols on shoes and boots mean I only know the one for leather?
Badge one =leather
Badge one with diamond in middle=smooth leather
Grill one=textile
Diamond=other materials

Reply:The diamond is for synthetic or "other". The grille is for textile.
BTW, a diamond on the hide-shaped leather symbol is for coated leather.
Reply:there are waterproof signs, shockabsorbant signs, antistatic signs, nonslippery signs, some signs are just creations from the manufacturer with a meaning that only they understand
Ther are signs for capped heels or frontcaps as well. There are sign that tell you that electricity can't do any harm.

Reply:The diamond shape is made from "other" materials and the grill is made from natural textile materials and synthetic or non woven textilematerial
