Reply:The boots are already out there; I know for sure at Macy%26#039;s %26amp; nordstrom. You will probably find the skirt on their websites, or any other major department store or designer sites (depending on what you want to spend). As far as the skirt, I would recommend buying the best quality that you can afford. An ankle length skirt is a classic so you can wear it for years. Also with this length the quality of workmanship and fabric is important.
