How to remove mold/mildew smell from leather boots?

You need to kill the spores with a specialist mold killer for leather. Em clean would do the job. If you do not kill the spores the mold will just keep coming back and the smell will remain.

Try Lexol Leather Cleaner, or Saddle Soap.
Reply:Spray the insides with 99% Isopropyl Alcahol. Let them evaporate, do it a couple of cycles. Don%26#039;t use the commonly diluted 70% stuff.

Stand about three feet away to mist outsides.


3] After dry, stuff with newspapers for 24-48 hours Keep doing this after wearing until smell no longer comes back
