with a pair of pants over them yes.
Reply:It depends on the workplace policy. I worked for a firm where it was not acceptable, however most workplaces deem that it is OK, so long as they are not, as a previous Answerer put it "hooker boots" and are not worn in conjunction with slu**y skirts etc.





And I would suggest that only black or brown/camel would be OK
Reply:For men or for women? It's appropriate for women in areas where it snows. Not sure about men.
