I think that might depend on the jacket and the boots. I think that you can probably do it.

well it depends what kind of jacket and what kind of shoes.
if its a nice leather jacket and not a bulky one then yea i guess.....and leather shoes might be better than boots....but i dont think those two materials neccesarly go together
